Established in 2012, Ann Arbor Professional Pharmacy was founded in partnership with local mental health services to provide pharmacy care for high-risk patients needing access to life-changing medications.
Over the last decade, we have established ourselves as a leader in providing comprehensive pharmacy care for group homes, assisted living facilities, and “at home” long-term care patients. We understand the value of quality pharmacy care for our patients. Our services play a critical role in reducing hospitalizations, ensuring medication safety, and improving the quality of life of our patients.
We believe it is our job to make sure caregivers spend more quality time with their loved ones and less time worrying about their pharmacy care.
